If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the full corrected address (including house or unit number), and we'll update it before it goes out.

Once an order has already shipped, we're unable to change the address — but don't worry, we'll help you arrange redelivery or pickup with the carrier wherever possible. Just reach out and we'll guide you through it.
